ECO-DESIGNERS

  1. Logo
  2. Rebrand
  3. Style Guide
  4. Educational Materials

Eco-Designers is a permaculture education nonprofit based in New York City.

I collaborated with the Eco-Designers team to develop a comprehensive visual identity for their brand evolution. Inspired by the resilience of the pussy willow tree, I designed a new logo that reflects their core mission: making permaculture and sustainable education accessible, engaging, and joyful for children across the city.

PROCESS

The Challenge: The Eco-Designers approached me to do a complete rebrand. Their existing visual identity felt misaligned; it felt too stiff and corporate, while earlier iterations had felt too childish. This was my challenge: creating a brand that was professional and polished, while still appealing to their young audience.

The Creative Solution: After multiple meetings with the Eco-Designers team, we landed on a bright, earthy palette. In the following meeting, I presented four logo options for them to choose from, along with typography. They ended up landing the pussy willow logo that they felt reflected their mission. Once the logo and typography were finalized, I created a comprehensive brand style guide, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across print and digital media.
